Alex was born in a very musical city Odessa. He started to learn music at the age of 5, being inspired by his father, who was a talented musician and his first music teacher. Alex began learning Clarinet at the age of 9 in a special military music school in Moscow. He continued his music education at the Moscow Conservatory. Alex graduated from Moscow Conservatory as a teacher, performer and conductor of a symphony orchestra and choir. His major instruments at Moscow Conservatorium were Saxophone, Clarinet, Piano and Voice. Alex teaches Pop, Rock, Jass and classical styles.
His main goal is to make each lesson easy and fun for students while teaching them fundamental to expert music abilities, such as accurate instrument use with a relaxed posture, reading music notation, general knowledge, and aural skills.

Saxophone Lessons FAQ
Is it hard to learn the saxophone?
I was wondering if the saxophone was a difficult instrument to master. The saxophone is one of the simplest instruments to pick up and play. It's great for newcomers or anyone looking to make the transition from a piano or another woodwind instrument because the scales go in both directions across the keyboard.
What age should you start sax?
In most cases, seven or eight years old is considered the bare minimum for beginning saxophone tuition. Since alto saxophones are only about two feet in length, they are ideal for younger students. Because of its manageable size and light weight, the alto sax is also the most common saxophone for beginners.
Can I teach myself saxophone?
You can learn to play the saxophone on your own, but it will be challenging and time consuming if you don't have any guidance along the way. Lessons on the saxophone are available online at any time of day or night. You don't have to play today if you don't want to.
What is the hardest sax to learn?
It's a soprano saxophone.
As the smallest of the four standard saxophones, it is the smallest in the family. It's flexible enough to be either straight or bent. The soprano saxophone is notoriously difficult to master.
